LONGING
I am a child of a corner where dry climate and flowing natural water are in my lap,
A place full of greenery.
My character has been shaped by the effects of the harsh climate,
My temperament has matured with the reflection of the colors of endless fruits.
In a house with a ceiling of wooden and a floor of soil,
I have been intertwined with life...,
My feelings are squeezed between two woods,
My soul has opened up to eternity to be satiated.
When I counted the cracks on my mother's hands and feet,
My heart ached, I felt motherly love more deeply, the supreme of loves...
My heart was twisted and cracked like my mother's hands,
I said sincerely; I am the child of this soil, this mother...
Then I prayed to The Lord Who Created;
Thank God I hear and understand you,
I love mother, father and sister with the love you gave,
Again with your name I taste every kind of pain that will be endured and that will not be endured…
